- Overseeing large-scale special-purpose construction projects of Domodedovo airport from start to finish (catering facility 25,000 sq.m, medical unit 5,000 sq.m, jet service complex 13,000 sq.m, cargo terminal 39,000 sq.m, airhotel, commercial customers’ headquarters, etc.). - Performing key role in project planning, budgeting, identification of required resources. - Leading teams (creating teams, setting objectives/goals, assigning responsibilities). - Projects' budgets managing, tracking team expenses. - Ensuring that construction activities move according to predetermined schedule. - Setting up and managing project work plans. - Communicating with contractors (on average 10 at a time) responsible for completing various project phases. - Communicating with client (status meetings, settling issues, making sure work done in accordance with the project and client's corporate standards). - Co-ordinating efforts of all parties involved in the project (incl. architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors and laborers). - Ensuring project documentation is in order.

Technical Documentation Engineer -Concluding agreements with the customer, subcontractors and project companies. -Preparation of project documents and budgets as well as plans and schedules of work progress. -Organisation of the construction process. -Preparation of the as-built documentation and papers for the delivery of the completed facilities. Search for subcontractors, conducting negotiations.

- Maintenance of technical documentation necessary for construction of In-flight Catering Centre for Domodedovo Air Service. - Preparing documentation for the delivery of the completed facility.

- Projection of various sites, production of necessary drawings. - Selection and approval of materials, colors, etc. used in the construction site.
