On return from abroad opened up and launched my own English Language Center from the scratch. Developed unique teaching methodology, due to which my students now have a chance to improve and master practical communication skills helping them share with the English speaking audience without a doubt. Reduced customers’ complaints to the minimum if at all there were any. All the guest rooms were maintained in a proper order. Ensured all the amenities and guest room appliances were in place. Established a tight cooperation with the Front Office, Food and Beverage Departments and also the Maintenance Department. Organized and performed training sessions (standards of cleanliness, speech etiquette and customer care) for the Housekeeping staffs by myself. Lead my section to a high performance level. Developed and put in place a bonus system for the personnel exclusive efforts in a successful execution of the given tasks.

Thoroughly studied the upper flight region and skillfully cooperated with business entities, willing to transport various cargos throughout various regions of the Democratic Republic of Congo.
