Pre-EPC Phase * Leading and supporting project work within the global sales organizations. * Defining the action plan and project specific responsibilities. * Reading project specific specifications and preparation of specification overview lists. * Maintaining project records and files to ensure latest information by using project database program. * Planning visits, preparing presentations and seminars at engineering companies,OEM's and endusers in cooperation with the regional sales organizations. * To ensure that EagleBurgmann products are listed and ideally preferred of specified in client project documentation for selected projects. Quotation Phase * Updating project specific documents prepared in the Pre-EPC Phase. * Focusing on technical correctness and timely preparation of quotations or other required documentations. * Focusing on securing strategic international projects in order to ensure long term growth and profitability by increasing market share on a global basis. * Making amortization calculation and risk analysis. * Handling technical clarifications with both client and manufacturing units. Fulfillment Phase * Preparation of the Order Entry Package. * Organizing internal kick-off meeting with project fulfillment. * Arranging external kick-off meeting with customer as required. * Co-ordination of changes to the project order scope with the fulfillment department and the client. * Support of spare part business by providing information to enduser subsidiaries or Key Account Managers and/ or by supporting service contracts (Global Service Solutions). Supply Systems for Seals * Responsible for configuring supply systems for seals according to project specifications, generating equipment lists and P&ID * Actual Cost Calculation of supply systems in SAP

* Tracking Company's Type Approval Certificate obtained from Russian Maritime Shipping Register (RMSR). * To extend expiry dates of Type Approval Certificates by making engineering calculations and holding necessary tests of products in a cooperation with Russian Maritime Shipping Register (RMSR) surveyors. * Respond to demand in line with a costumers' requests on products. Checking conformity of Balden's products with organizations such as Bureau Veritas, Lloyd's Register, NKK, Turkish Loyd, Registro Italiano Navale (RINA). * Organizing necessary documentation if it is required by these organizations. * Checking competence of products with Flag State rules&regulations. * Preparing projects' drawings on Autocad & RhinoFollowing up probable projects, developing them, solving arising problems. * Calculating project costs. * Preparing bid/offer/quotation for customers * To draw up necessary certificates for products and tests. * Provide technical support for customers on our products.
