Lead Coordinator (MVS)
• Cooperation with Client's & Subcontractors' workforce (meetings, events, forums). Systems Completion Turnover Engineer
• To facilitate the achievement of Mechanical Completion (MC - transfer to TCO commissioning) on schedule of assigned Subsystems. • Providing support and coordination effort to the different Project stakeholders, who are involved in the process, in order to achieve MC. • Insuring in construction, inspection, As-building and handover e-Dossier completeness (through Walkdown and Punch list coordination following QVDs and Redline Mark-Up drawings). • Cooperate and interact with MC, Construction, Quality Control (QC), Field Engineering (FE) and Walkdown (WD) departments. • To involve in WD process bringing drawing pack keeping own records, notes and comments. • To participate in discussions during and at the end of inspection. • Reporting to SC Manager regarding any issue appeared. • To make sure that it is going to be fixed and distribute Punch lists via E-mail to Construction, Hit Team, Engineering, System Owner, etc. • To possess an information about Redline and QVD status & progress reports, mission for system to be MC, WD validation plan, Punch list closure verification. • Working with electronic platforms such as System Completion Management Tool (SCMT) and e-Dossier in Microsoft Chevron-Sharepoint network, also using Electronic Database Management System (EDMS) for required documents and drawings extraction, process monitoring, tracking and transferring any of SC related data. • To have knowledge and understanding of the general process elements like Systemized drawing, Component list, Quality Verification Document (QVD) list, Carry Over Work (COW) Punch list, etc. • To navigate on site’s Areas of 3GP, among them: 40 & 43, MOA, Sub-Station, Pump House during WD inspections following all safety rules and recommendations. • Construction & Fabrication Record Book (CRB & FRB) check-up and assembling for transfer to the Client. • To create detailed Daily Reports for TCO (Client) regarding SK (Contractor) and KSS (Sub-Contractor) work progress & performance on 3GP site, Base Business and CUG Scope. • It includes following parts: Project Information, Overall Project Progress, Monthly Calendar & Working Hours, Weather Report, HSE Highlights, QA/QC Status, Site Photos, HSE & Trainings, Nonconformity Report (NCR) Status, Main Daily Activities, Areas of Concern, Manpower of Contractor & Sub-Contractor, Major Plant & Equipment (Construction, Heavy & Light Vehicles), Measured Work Man-hours Breakdown Dashboard, Headcount and Covid-19 Situation Pie Charts, Breakdown Headcount Table with Percentage Graph and Statistics. • All the data and information for Daily Report are receiving from departments like Project Controls, Timekeeping, Data Operators, Transport, QC, HR, HSE and Areas’ Management. Afterwards Reporting Engineer (RE) should collect & extract required data from MS Access database. • Then organize, revise, analyze, calculate, compare names and numbers, insert data into related fields & tables in Excel Binary Workbook Spreadsheets using VLOOKUP formula and filling PivotTables. • Divide whole personnel labor force (Staff & Craft) in Three large groups: Direct Manual, Indirect Manual and Indirect Non-Manual (Field Non-Manual or FNM), further on by occupied positions. • At the end, before submitting to TCO and Top Management, it is necessary to send report to Lead Engineer for check-up and evaluation. Final step is to distribute Daily Report to the Client and all interested persons. • Citrix MCPlus upload (Barcoded QVDs, RA Acts, NFIs, RLMUs, Logs, Certificates, etc.); • Performing Turnover duties; • Providing support to contractor (CCEP) with CUG (Civil Underground) working scope finishing; • Check, review, control & accept TODs (Turnover Dossiers) using Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Acrobat; • Monitoring and evaluating results; • Reporting and assisting to Lead Engineer and Supervisor.
