If so then the role of Client Services Administrator at The Gap Partnership could be for you.

You will be the lynchpin of the Operations Team, an organised ‘doer’ responsible for all client administration and coordination for relevant sector/market, ensuring all Client communication is effectively managed with a high degree of attention to detail and service. You will work with dedicated Travel & Venues colleague to ensure all venues and travel arrangements are booked on time and to budget for delegates and Consultants.

Qualities that we are looking for and that suit this role are great attention to detail and a love of process, a pride in completing tasks well and a desire to impress and exceed expectations. You should have ambition to become an integral force in a rapidly growing business. Your raison d’etre will be exceptional client service, always going the extra mile.
